Engineering Management

Engineering management is a term used to describe a particular form of governance that are necessary to successfully lead engineering personnel and projects. The term may be used to describe a functional management or project management, leading technical experts who work in the development, production, construction, engineering, industrial engineering, technology, manufacturing, or any other field that uses a staff that performs engineering functions. Master of Engineering Management, often abbreviated MEM, can be either academic or professional master's degree, which connects the gap between mechanical engineering and business sectors. In general, conducted by engineers and scientists interested in expanding their breadth of knowledge beyond their specific technical field, in management and business. It can be obtained with the prerequisite bachelor's degree in engineering or science, or as a Bachelor of Engineering graduate program management.
