It amazes you to no end to see someone returning from work not only energetic but also brimming with life when you can barely drag your feet in…and this amazement questions you: What do they do and how do they do it?
Here in comes the magical concept: Motivated talent. You may want to sing since your cradle days but the croak you can produce earns scorn only. And on the other hand, your way with words astounds many other than you-what’s the big deal in winning elocution contests after all? But wouldn’t it be absolutely amazing if you could do what you like and are good at as well? That’s exactly what motivated talent is.
Talent is what you are good at whereas motivation is the drive to excel at something particular. When you combine these two excelling attitudes, the explosion caused is what we call success. Now, minus the melodrama, if you get a job that you love, you can be certain of not only quality output but your personal satisfaction level would be commendable as well.
Here, orthodox that causes a glitch is the definite mind-set of many who can not relate to both talent and hard work with success.
