Organizational Psychology

This course is an introduction to organizational psychology and behavior. Combining theory, case studies, as well as general practical approach to the study, it will aim to familiarize students with classroom behavior related to the organization based on the study of relevant topics. Key topics include, but are not limited to, effective communication, motivation, leadership, conflict, human resources, and how to cope with stress in the workplace. Students have the opportunity to customize their learning experience through a focus on the results of any practical use or the continuation of research with the choice of thesis or culminating experience in the field. In this approach, students may choose to develop functional skills around the solution of international multi-cultural and distance-related challenges.
